Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Email support@indieartmark.com with the subject “Copyright or IP report” and include:

• Your full name and contact information, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
• A description of the protected work, mark, identity, or other right involved.
• The exact INDIEARTMARK URL for each item you want reviewed.
• An explanation of why the use is unauthorized, plus supporting registration, license, or ownership information when available.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may request missing information, temporarily restrict the material, notify the creator, or remove the material. Repeated or serious infringement may result in product removal, disabled checkout, storefront suspension, or account termination.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice may create legal liability. Do not submit a report merely because you dislike or disagree with a work.

A creator who believes material was removed because of a mistake may reply with identification of the removed material, the basis for the objection, supporting ownership or license information, and the creator's contact details. We may share the response with the reporting party and may require the parties to resolve disputed ownership through the appropriate legal process.
