Creator Agreement
Last updated August 25, 2026
This agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service when Alis Volare Inc. invites a creator to claim and operate an INDIEARTMARK storefront.
Invitation and approval
Creator storefronts are invitation-only. An invitation is personal and may not be transferred. Before enabling a storefront for payment, INDIEARTMARK may review the creator's identity, public professional presence, sample work, ownership information, product plans, and compliance history.
INDIEARTMARK may decline an application or require additional information. Approval is limited to the creator and offerings reviewed; it is not approval for undisclosed products or another person to process through the account.
Independent seller relationship
Each creator operates as an independent seller and is the merchant of record for purchases from their storefront. This agreement does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to bind INDIEARTMARK. Creators control their lawful catalog and prices subject to platform limits and are responsible for their taxes, licenses, customer obligations, and legal compliance.
Stripe Connect and the 10% fee
Creators offering paid products or memberships must complete Stripe's connected-account onboarding and identity verification before accepting payments. Approved content-only storefronts may publish public creator content without Stripe, but cannot offer new paid products, memberships, or checkout. For commerce storefronts, charges are created directly on the creator's connected Stripe account. Stripe deducts its applicable processing fees, INDIEARTMARK receives a 10% application fee, and Stripe pays the creator according to the creator's payout schedule.
A creator using Stripe must keep their information accurate and respond to verification or risk requests. Payment availability depends on the creator remaining approved by INDIEARTMARK and enabled by Stripe. Switching a storefront to content-only does not erase prior transaction, subscription, refund, dispute, or payout records.
Products, memberships, and fulfillment
- Every charge must correspond to a clearly named and accurately described digital product or membership tier.
- Creators must state the price, billing interval, included benefits, file type, and material limitations before purchase.
- Creators must deliver purchased files and membership access promptly and maintain functioning content during a paid membership period.
- No anonymous donations, peer-to-peer transfers, disguised transactions, or payments for undisclosed goods or services.
- No directing a buyer to use misleading descriptions or alternate payment labels to evade platform or Stripe review.
Rights and content compliance
The creator keeps ownership of their work and grants INDIEARTMARK the limited hosting and display license described in the Terms. The creator represents that they own or are authorized to use and sell everything uploaded.
All profiles, posts, previews, links, membership benefits, products, and files must comply with the Content Policy. A creator must provide ownership or license records when reasonably requested.
Creators who publish artistic nudity, sexually explicit artwork, or other mature material must classify their storefront as 18+ before publishing it. They must keep public avatars, covers, thumbnails, and excerpts suitable for general audiences and retain proof that every real participant was an adult who consented to the creation and distribution of the work.
The 18+ classification controls access and discovery only. It does not authorize payment processing. A creator may be allowed to host lawful artistic adult content while products, memberships, commissions, tips, or other payment features for that content remain disabled under INDIEARTMARK or Stripe payment rules.
Customers, refunds, disputes, and records
Creators must respond reasonably to delivery and product-quality issues and comply with the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Creators are responsible for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and negative balances associated with their connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms.
Creators must keep accurate transaction and fulfillment records and must not retaliate against a customer who requests support, reports content, or files a good-faith payment dispute.
Monitoring and enforcement
INDIEARTMARK may review storefronts and transaction patterns, investigate reports, request documentation, unpublish content or products, suspend checkout, or remove a creator. A suspended creator is not eligible to create new checkouts. Stripe may independently pause payments or payouts.
Serious violations, fraud, prohibited content, evasion, or repeated non-delivery may result in immediate termination. Obligations concerning transactions, disputes, rights, records, and amounts already owed survive termination.
Acceptance and contact
Claiming an invited storefront, connecting Stripe, or publishing creator content constitutes acceptance of this agreement and the linked policies. Questions can be sent to support@indieartmark.com.
